Ролята на гражданския брак и извънбрачната раждаемост в съвременното общество
Abstract
Възпроизводството е основната функция на семейството, като създаването на семейство започва с брака. Въпреки това, бракът като юридическо регулиране на семейните отношения не може напълно да удовлетвори интересите на демографията, тъй като възпроизводството не се ограничава само до регистрираните бракове. Извънбрачната раждаемост също играе роля и поставя специфични проблеми пред обществото. През последните 20 години в България се наблюдава устойчива тенденция, при която институцията на семейството като юридически съюз губи своята значимост. Броят на сключените бракове намалява, докато съжителствата без брак нарастват значително.
Настоящата публикация има за цел да представи и анализира настоящите тенденции за ролята на гражданския брак и извънбрачната раждаемост в съвременното общество.
