Изключително рядък случай на множествени карциноми
Abstract
Гастроезофагеалната рефлуксна болест (ГЕРБ) се явява едно от най-честите заболявания не само в гастроентерологията, но и в медицината като цяло. Макар да протича с нисък морталитет, клиничните симптоми значително нарушават качеството на живот на засегнатите пациенти и ги откъсват от нормалната им среда. При една част от болните възникват хранопроводни и извънхранопроводни усложнения, като най-характерното усложнение е развитието на Баретов хранопровод (БХ). Пациентите с това усложнение имат над 30 пъти по-висок риск от развитие на аденокарцином на хранопровода. При една немалка част от тях се наблюдава и паралелно сформиране на редица други малигнени заболявания, които трайно инвалидизират пациентите и намаляват продължителността им на живот.
Представяме случай на 71-годишен пациент с хистологично верифицирани карцином на простатната жлеза, умеренодиференциран плоскоклетъчен карцином на бял дроб с метастази в супраклавикуларните и медиастинални лимфни възли, базоцелуларен карцином на ляво бедро, двустранни аденоми на надбъбречните жлези на фона на 5-кратни кръвоизливи от стомашна язва, ерозивен гастрит и изразена ГЕРБ, усложнена с преканцерозата на хранопровода и стомаха – БХ.
