Случай на токсоалергия след прием на морски продукти

Abstract

Токсоалергичните реакции към морски продукти не са рядко явление. Тяхната патогенеза и клинична изява обаче са твърде разнообразни и недокрай проучени. В едни от случаите преобладават алергични, в други – неалергични, а има и случаи в които клиничните симптоми са израз на съчетание от фактори и механизми. Това създава затруднение при определянето на адекватна терапевтична схема, а при прояви на анафилаксия всяко забавяне е свързано с повишаване на риска от фатален изход.

Представеният случай, при който се съчетават проявите на ангионевротичен оток с уртикария и иритативен гастро-интестинален синдром разширява познанията на специалистите алерголози и токсиколози за този тип токсоалергични реакции.
