Бронхиална астма с рядко срещана професионална етиология – клиничен случай

Abstract
Бронхиалната астма е сред най-често срещаните алергични болести. Причините за заболяването, както и патогенетичните механизми са разнообразни. Нерядко се наблюдават и случаи с професионална етиология. Спектърът от фактори на работната среда, които могат да отключат и поддържат алергичното белодробно възпаление, също се отличават с изключително разнообразие. Някои професионални алергени се срещат много рядко, а ролята на други все още не е докрай проучена. Поради тази причина случаят, който представяме, е уникален за клиничната практика.
