Abstract

През последните години значително нарасна броят на прилаганите лекарства и съответно на тези, които отключват директно или непряко са свързани с развитието на ангиоедем. От докладваните до момента случаи ще разгледаме тези, които са свързани с употребата на нестероидни противовъзпалителни средства, инхибиторите на ангиотензин конвертиращия ензим, ангиотензин 2-рецепторни агонисти, антибиотици и естрогенови препарати.

При жените с наследствен ангиоедем заболяването се отличава с по-тежко протичане, което според някои автори се дължи на влошаване от периодите на хормонални промени в организма – пубертет, бременност, менструация. Според други, това влошаване се наблюдава и при добавяне на женски полови хормони в рамките на хормонозаместителна терапия или като метод за контрацепция.
